We just purchased a SPA here - during their big moving sale. Rochelle helped us. She did an excellent job assisting us. She asked a lot of questions to understand our needs, budget and objectives. She then directed us to the models that fit our requirements, explained everything and helped us make a good decision. It was a very friendly, pleasant and professional experience. We did not intend to purchase today, but we felt confident in our decision, after all the time we spent with Rochelle. Nice work. Now I hope the delivery, install, product and service experience holds up to the sales experience. I guess we'll see.

She explained everything to me, the delivery went smoothly, and all my follow up questions regarding the chemicals, operation and service were answered. I had the pleasure of purchasing a spa recently. I did a lot of shopping around before I settled on world of spas. I dealt with Nigel. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable about all aspects. I feel that I purchased a quality spa at a decent price. The delivery was friendly on time and very helpful. I’ve just had Need to go in and purchase chemicals after three months of ownership and once again the services plus plus plus for recommendations a very nice new shop with a great feel. I purchased a Dynasty spa from World of Spas in Calgary 5 years ago. Great sales experience and after-sale support. They have the advice and supplies I need to keep my spa running properly. Had a repair question yesterday and they were quick to answer and even gave me the small part to resolve the issue I was having.

I live outside the city and get my water from a well. Using this water in my hot tub, I was unable to regulate the alkalinity in it properly. The alkalinity was too high and kept fluctuating when I tried to fix it. I read a lot of different articles to try to fix the alkalinity, but most of them were written for city water and I was unable to stabilize my alkalinity. I decided to go to Spa World for help and was assisted by Rosie. She gave me a very professional, comprehensive consultation and wrote down all the key points for me to remember. She also tested my water, told me why exactly why I was having such a hard time, and told me the specifics of my situation. I got this consultation a year ago and, since then, regulating the chemicals in my tub has been very easy and successful. I still apply all of Rosie’s advice to this day and it had been working perfectly. All the other staff at Spa World are also great, and it is always a pleasure coming in. Although I meant to write this review sooner, I was busy and unable to. However, writing this review a year later, I am able to say for sure that Rosie’s advice worked.
